Natalie's goal is to inspire others to be their best and give their best every day...

...by helping leaders lead -- themselves, their teams, and their organizations -- well.

Through her strengths-based coaching approach, she helps leaders grow in three critical areas:

• Identity – clarifying who they are, what they value, and why they lead the way they do
• Mindset – shifting thought patterns that influence communication, decision-making, and resilience
• Systems – building simple, sustainable processes that support consistency and momentum

When leaders are rooted in a healthy identity, supported by a clear mindset, and equipped with the right systems, they create work environments where everyone can thrive.

When she’s not helping others develop themselves and their teams,

Natalie is a lifelong learner who loves exploring the intersection of psychology, neuroscience, behavioral science, theology, and biblical studies. Driven by curiosity and a desire to share what she’s learning, she enjoys writing books and curricula that help others deepen their understanding of themselves, their faith, and the world around them. One of her teaching series, A New Kind of Human, is currently being taught at her home church, Buffalo Community Church in Lewisburg, PA.

An acknowledged bibliophile, Natalie reads widely across both nonfiction and fiction. Her favorite authors range from development thinkers like John Maxwell and Simon Sinek, to theological voices like Dallas Willard and N.T. Wright, to literary greats like Jane Austen, J.R.R. Tolkien, and C.S. Lewis. She’s also known to nerd out over a good movie (or two).

Natalie has a deep love for adventure and discovery. She’s visited 38 U.S. states and traveled to 11 countries worldwide. Whether she’s exploring ancient castles, standing in awe of natural wonders, or spending an afternoon at a zoo or aquarium, she’s always chasing moments that spark wonder. Colorado’s mountain beauty and Disney World’s sense of magic are two of her favorite destinations. And wherever the road takes her, she’s always on the lookout for good food, great tea, and amazing stories.

A dedicated cat lover, Natalie will try to befriend just about any feline she meets. But at the end of the day, her heart belongs to Penny—her semi-grumpy cat and most loyal companion. Penny finds joy in tuna, laser pointers, cardboard boxes, and heated blankets (not necessarily in that order), and she’s always ready to welcome Natalie home with her signature side-eye and a cozy spot on the couch.
